Derec Bradshaw
Owner / Restoration

Derec has been a member of DC Restoration since 2007. Derec obtained his general contractor license here in the state of Arizona. Before joining the DC Restoration team, he has been estimating losses for restoration companies for over 9yrs. His background as an insurance agent will be a great resource for your insurance needs as well his ability to fluently speak Spanish. When Derec is away from his family he loves going fishing.

Travis Neff
Owner / Restoration

Travis is originally from Arizona and joined our DC Restoration team in 2007. Travis received his IICRC certifications in water damage restoration, carpet cleaning and odor control.  Prior to DC Restoration Travis was a general manager for a restoration company, estimator, and superintendent. Travis is interested in riding motorcycles, hunting, riding horses, fishing and enjoys going camping with his family. Travis brings over 20 yrs of experience to DC restoration.

Griffin Goodman
Owner / Accounting Division

Griffin is a member of the DC Restoration team while managing the accounting department. Born in Arizona, attended Arizona State University where he received his degree in accounting and masters in taxation.  Griffin is certified with the IICRC in water damage restoration and previously worked for a wealth management company. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys golf, football, and softball.

Gary Goodman
Owner / CFO / Accounting

Gary oversees the accounting department for Damage Control as a member since 2002. Gary was born and raised in Arizona and attended Arizona State University graduating with a degree in accounting. He previously held the position of part owner and CFO of Keith Riggs plumbing. Gary hobbies include playing sports and spending time with his family and grandchildren. Gary brings 20+ yrs of experience to DC and a wealth of knowledge in accounts management.

Sonny Goodman
Owner / Fire Division

Since 2002, Sonny has been a member of DC and grew up in Arizona. He attended and  graduated from Utah Valley State College. Sonny manages and oversees the fire and contents division. He is IICRC certified in smoke and odor restoration. His interests include playing competitive sports, and while spending time with his 2 girls and wife on the beach. Sonny obtained his pilot license in 2006 and has a passion for flying.

Tyson Smith
Owner / Mold & Asbestos Division

Tyson is an Arizona native who graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree. As a member of Damage Control, Tyson manages the mold remediation and asbestos abatement division. He is IICRC certified in mold assessment, remediation and the American Indoor Air Quality Association. Tyson brings his fluency in Spanish along with past experience as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley. Tyson enjoys golf, football, and spending time with his family. Tyson has a love for flying and obtained his pilot license in 2006.
